On Saturday, January 6, 2018, over 150 arrowmen & their guests gathered for food and fellowship at Bethany Lutheran Church in Batavia. The lodge achievements, annual awards & recognition & a silent auction which raised money for camperships, were some of the highlights of the evening. Congratulations to our SILVER JTE lodge for a great year of service to others & congratulations to all of our Arrowmen who were recognized for their service. The National Order of the Arrow Conference is Scouting’s second largest national program event. NOAC is growing in popularity because it is planned and carried out by Arrowmen. Youth involvement ensures the conference will be exciting, relevant, and non-stop fun.
ATTENDANCE: All Arrowmen who are registered members of the Boy Scouts of America and have their council’s approval are eligible to participate in the 2018 NOAC. All participants must register as a delegate of a council contingent or be a member of the conference staff.
Due to expected high interest coupled with capacity constraints at Indiana University, the OA has allotted Lowaneu Allanque Lodge a quota for the 2018 NOAC and is enforcing a 3:1 youth to adult ratio. We have been given slots for 31 Scouts who will be under the age of 21 at the time of NOAC 2018. After these slots are filled, we will institute a wait list while we petition for more slots as they become available.
CONTINGENT CONFERENCE FEE: $625.00 which includes the OA conference fee of $525.00 plus Three Fires Council contingent merchandise and regalia (choices may include hat, daypack, council NOAC patch sets, T-shirts or polos.) This fee does NOT include transportation costs to and from NOAC.**

Date: Saturday, March 24th, (8pm) to Sunday, March 25th*, (7am), 2018 / Place: Rush Copley Health-Plex, 1900 Ogden Ave., Aurora / Who: ALL Boy Scouts (you do not have to be in the Order of the Arrow) There Will be Swimming, Rock Climbing, Basketball, Dodgeball, Pizza, Pop, Fellowship, & MORE! Early Bird Registration Fee is $33 / After 3/2/18 the Fee is $43 / Registration Closes on 3/9/18 at 11:30pm / Once Registration Closes, it is CLOSED!
Bring a Water Bottle and if You Wish: Board Games, Playing Cards, and Video Games Too!!! Doors Will be Locked at 10pm on Saturday – No Admittance After That / No One Can Leave Before 7am Sunday. Due to the Use of an Outside Vendor, you MUST complete ALL 4 attached forms (adults and youth) and Bring Them with your medical (A&B) to the Lock In to Gain Admittance (Do Not Mail in the Attached Forms – Bring Them With You!) Any Group Bringing 3 or More Youth MUST Bring a PAID ADULT Who Stays for the Event.
