STEM-O-Rama Volunteers Needed
STEM-O-Rama OA Volunteer Service. Lowaneu Allanque Lodge is calling out to the best of the best seeking 100+ Arrowmen to assist at STEM-O-Rama, which will be held at the Kane County Fairgrounds on May 17th. Please respond by selecting which of 3 time slots you are able to fill. We will be assisting with manpower to help the Colonial Café deliver food during the day on Saturday, May 17th. Setting up, cleaning tables, bringing food containers via golf cart) from the Robinson Hall to the Trades Building and other support tasks.
Please sign up for one of the following shifts to assist. If you can do more to help, you are welcome to pitch in where needed. Wear your OA sash and either an OA T-shirt or your uniform shirt to your shift and report for duty a few minutes before your shift begins. Check-in is located in the Colonial Café main food building located in Robinson Hall. (The big building with the Colonial Café banner on the Randall Road side of the fairgrounds.)
8am - 11am – 25 Volunteers / 10:45am - 2pm – 40 Volunteers / 1:45pm – Close – 25 Volunteers
In addition to this primary service, volunteers are needed to help with set-up on Friday, May 16th & tear down on Saturday May 17th.

Join us for FUN & fellowship at beautiful Camp Freeland Leslie where we will do camp improvements & cheerful service to help get our camp ready for the 2014 camping season.
To All Order of the Arrow Committee Members, E-Board Members, Adult Advisers, and Chapter Chiefs:
Thursday, April 17 (every 3rd Thursday of the month UNLESS otherwise noted), there is an Order of the Arrow E-Board Meeting at Bethany Lutheran Church, (8 S. Lincoln St., Batavia, IL). The meeting starts at 7:30pm. All OA Committee Members are encouraged to attend, (in uniform and with your OA sash).
Committee Chairs should prepare a BRIEF report of what their committee has been doing since the last E-Board meeting, (preparing for fellowship, conclave, etc…, number of members on the committee, and plans for the next month). If you are not sure what you need to do, please work with your Adult Adviser. If you cannot make the meeting, please work with your Adult Adviser to get a report to the meeting through either them or your designee.
