We will recognize the Vigil Class of 2014, James E West Award Recipients, Plans and Strategies for a successful Lodge, Founders Award Recipients & Silent Auction
Early Bird Fee: Before December 20, 2014, the cost is $30
On or after December 20, 2014, the cost is $35/person
On-site walk-in registration is $45 if seating is available.
2015 Annual members who have paid their $90 fee are entitled to attend this event for no additional charge. Please check the 'Annual Fee button' when registering to eliminate your charge. Thanks!

Thursday, December 18, 2014 (every 3rd Thursday of the month UNLESS otherwise noted), there is an Order of the Arrow E-Board Meeting at Bethany Lutheran Church, (8 S. Lincoln St., Batavia, IL). The meeting starts at 7:30pm. All Order of the Arrow members are encouraged to attend, (in uniform and with your OA sash).
Winter Council of Chiefs
Where? Kalahari Resort & Convention Center, 1305 Kalahari Dr., Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965
When? Saturday, January 24th, 2015
Purpose: First and foremost, to facilitate inter-lodge communication, idea sharing, to update lodges on new National Order of the Arrow programs, and planning for this year’s conclave. One of the most beneficial elements the Council of Chiefs can offer is a fun, interactive environment where Arrowmen can build friendships and hang out with likeminded individuals and exchange resources. / Cost: The COC Meeting fee is $27.00 per person, which includes the meeting space, meeting supplies, and a buffet lunch. / Meeting Time: 10am. Please arrive between 9:30 & 9:45am. This COC will end between 4-5pm.

Each Lodge that has 20 or more arrowmen registered for the Winter COC will get a raffle ticket for each person registered to win an Ice Cream Social CHILL CREW! We LOVE ice cream!!! 2015 OA Dues & Annual Membership
Between October 15, 2104 & January 31, 2015 OA Lodge members in the Three Fires Council have the special opportunity to pay for many of the OA Lodge events with one Annual Membership Fee.
The Lowaneu Allanque Lodge #41 Annual Registration allows you to pay for the 2015 Winter Banquet, 2015 Lodge Pow Wow, 2015 Spring Fellowship, 2015 Fall Fellowship, PLUS pay your 2015 Dues at one time. You will also receive a limited edition 2015 Lowaneu Allanque Patch only available to Annual Registration Members. All of these would cost $130.00 if you register on-site. You save $40.00!
The Annual Registration MUST be received by December 20, 2014 or additional fees will be incurred for the Winter Banquet. This offer will END on January 31st, 2015 You must register for each event that you will be attending at least 2 weeks prior to the event even though the fees are already paid. Indicate on the registration that you paid the Annual Registration. This can be done online. Medical forms or waivers, as applicable, will still be needed AT the specific events as stated for each event. To pay EITHER your 2015 OA Dues ($20) OR the Annual Membership which includes dues ($90)

Bring a Water Bottle and if You Wish: Board Games, Playing Cards, and Video Games Too!!! Doors Will be Locked at 10pm on Saturday – No Admittance After That / No One Can Leave Before 7am Sunday
Registration Fee is $30 & ENDS on 2/20/15 Registration is ONLINE below! Once Registration Closes, it is CLOSED! Capacity is 250 People so Register Early to Reserve Your Spot! Due to the Use of an Outside Vendor, you MUST Complete ALL Attached Forms and Bring Them to the Lock In to Gain Admittance (Do Not Mail in the Attached Forms – Bring Them With You!) The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, and is Scouting’s second-largest national event. Over 10,000 Arrowmen from across our nation will gather for an inspirational and unforgettable experience full of fellowship, training, adventure and fun! During NOAC, Arrowmen will participate in a six-day conference which includes top notch training sessions, cool recreational opportunities, patch trading, midway booths, evening shows full of theatrics and special effects, and exciting programs. There will be ceremony and dance teams, Chances to participate in sporting competitions as well as other competitions that our lodge can compete in.
The cost for our council to attend NOAC 2015 is $550 per person. Included in this fee are 6 unforgettable days full of fellowship, training, adventure, & fun!, meals once we arrive at NOAC, plus patches, hat, shirts and other surprises for our contingent (details to be announced as they become available). Registration for this event is now FULL and on a wait-list status. If you wish to attend, please register yourself on the wait-list & we will contact you as slots becomes available. These sashes will differ from those currently worn in that the colors are reversed, with a white arrow emblazoned on a red sash. The rarity of the sash is noteworthy, as only those present at NOAC 2105 will receive them
